   Wow, Meg, you are one savvy consumer of online content if you “don’t know if it is slanted toward a particular candidate or shows bias.” Surely the graphic of Obama being torn in half couldn’t possibly indicate if there’s some sort of bias concerned.

   Here’s an idea: when providing the masses with tools for their investigative journeys; when actually *encouraging* people to take a “test” online, I don’t know, maybe take it yourself first to see if it’s worth a damn.

   Sample question: “Some say Barack Obama’s plans to implement sweeping environmental regulations will raise the cost of gas, groceries, heating and air conditioning. Do you favor or oppose Obama’s environmental plans?”

   “Some say,” huh? Well, if some people say it, that’s all I need to know to make up MY mind….

   Love how the test asks you a question and then provides a slanted twist on what the right answer should be. if you are really trying to figure out what people think, leave opinion out and let the participant decide for themself.

   It’s nice that you posted the disclaimer that you never took the test, but really…shouldn’t you before you present it to your readers?

   I agree with Rachel that the test is VERY slanted. I took the test just to see and some questions are so obviously biased but you must answer them all in order to submit for the results.

   I feel that I am pretty middle of the road so I was hoping for a non-biased test. Unfortunately it was NOT non-bias. It was so far right, it was painful. There were no details listed either. If I don’t get all the facts how can I just spit out an answer?

   For example…

   “Right now, which ONE of the following do you think should be a more important priority for this country: protecting the environment, or developing new sources of energy?”

   Can’t both be important? Doesn’t the environment take priority over new sources of energy sometimes? I think it depends on what exactly is at stake? How can some one ask such a question.

   Or how about this one:

   “If you knew you had a step brother who was living in a slum and barely surviving on $300 a year, would you help them financially?”

   Okay but was he a crack head? Had I already given him money that he spent on bad stuff. Did I know the brother or just find out about him?!

   Ugh or this one:

   “Recently, Barack Obama was asked when he thought life begins, in reference to the issue of abortion. Obama responded by saying that decision was above his paygrade. Knowing that the next president may be able to appoint two or three U.S. Supreme Court Justices, who may be called to make rulings on the issue of Abortion; do you support or oppose a president who does not know when life begins?”

   Cannot Obama not have a specific opinion on that? He is not a doctor. I am all for a woman’s right to choose. My opinion matters here… not Obama’s medical or spiritual feelings.

   Or this one:

   “Would you favor or oppose a law that banned the sale of handguns? ”

   To whom? What kind of guns? Where?

   They were all like this… the test was a disappointment.

   Obviously those who don’t believe the truth are the first to try and debunk it.
   Perhaps you should all take a closer look at the policies that Obama wants to put in place, because you obviously just think that since he’s really good at reading his teleprompters and delivering the words to make him sound good along with the fact that he’s younger and “promises change” makes you think that all the country’s problems are going to just disappear by next February.
   Obama is going to rob you with taxes and costly solutions to our problems and then he’s going to begin telling you what you can and cannot do, like choosing your doctors for you.
   It’s called socialism, and in theory it works well, but in practice it fails miserably.
   If the president made so many mistakes then how come the current Democratic majority in congress hasn’t fixed anything yet? Because they DON’T DO ANYTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY.
   Maybe you’ll all learn something about that when you leave your mommy and daddy and set out on to learn how to earn money on your own instead of relying on them.
   Obviously it’s slanted, it’s a book ad first, a test second.
   Here’s another book you should check out: Fleeced. Why? Because that’s whats happening to us ALL right now by our government and Obama is going to make that ten times worse.
