Heather Locklear’s 911 Tipster Under Investigation (911 Call Video)
Heather Locklear was arrested last Saturday, September 27th, for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. New information has been uncovered about the informant concerned citizen who phoned in the 911 call. Access Hollywood is reporting that former US Weekly reporter turned paparazzo Jill Ishkanian made the call.
When Ishkanian called 911, she told the dispatcher that she had first seen Locklear at a local market and that she was drunk. In hot pursuit of the actress, the pap gave a blow by blow description of what was happened. The dispatcher told her to immediately stop following Locklear. Whether she complied is up for debate.
Here is where things get interesting. It turns out that Ishkanian is currently under investigation by the FBI for hacking into US Weekly computers in order to locate celebrities. Now the question is, did she set up Locklear in order to create the story and secure the hot money shots?
Jill Ishkanian’s attorney says that she was not staking out the actress or even working at the time. He is reportedly furious with the allegations against his client. “It’s defamatory in the extreme and it’s causing my client….damage.”
We’re more inclined to be sympathetic toward Heather Locklear and would guess the courts will take a closer look at the whole mess before sentencing the actress - and rightly so. Heather Locklear’s drug test results will not be available for a few weeks.

That is so sad. I am totally on Team Locklear. She has a long history in the public eye and has never been a troublesome sort. Sadly this is another woman who has victimized her. There was Denise Richards. There was the ‘doctor’ who called 911 and said Heather was going to commit suicide when she was fine. Now this *itch. What gives?
She’s been through enough in the past two years. She didn’t need this. Her mugshot looks so sad. I hope they throw the book at the informant. She is clearly obsessed with envy. To have done that and tipped off the paps too in order to record the event causing increased pain and public humiliation is evil. Heather should get off, and with apologies and Ishkanian should be put in the clink. I am repelled how now she is being made out like the victim. It’s clear sociopathy.
