Supermom and humanitarian Angelina Jolie has been back on the road.  This time her travels have taken her to Afghanistan to visit poverty stricken families.

Angie is a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Refugee Agency and as a result of her recent trip, the actress has called for international support.  She is trying to get out the word that the seasons are changing and winter is fast approaching, a clear signal that former refugees, now known as returnees, will need extra support.  Jolie said:

“The courage, resilience and quiet dignity of returnee families rebuilding their lives against the kind of adversity few of us can imagine shows the human spirit at its best.”
