It’s Halloween at the Playboy Mansion and Hugh Hefner has gathered all of his lovely ladies for a media preview.  His gorgeous stable of women include his newest twin girlfriends Kristina and Karissa Shannon.

Also on hand for the festivities are his former girlfriends Bridget Marquardt, Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson.  They are joined by Amy Leigh Andrews, Crystal McCahill, Jayde Nicole, Sara Jean Underwood, Christine Smith and Alison Waite.

Playboy model Shauna Sand hit Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch yesterday dressed like a Barbie doll.   Britney Spears was also photographed visiting Mr. Bones with her boys.
