Katie Schumacher-Cawley was inducted into the Chicagoland Sports Hall of Fame. The two time All American Volleyball player attended Penn State and is now an assistant volleyball coach at the University of Illinois – Chicago.

She was inducted on October 15th at Hawthorne Race Course in Cicero, Illinois. The volleyball phenom graduated from Penn State in 2002. During her time there, she lead the Nittany Lions to the NCAA Division 1 Championship and 3 Big Ten titles. She was named a 3-Time All Big Ten Team selection. She was also a 2-Time All American.

At the ceremony Katie said: “It is a privilege and honor to be recognized with so many great athletes who have been significant figures in Chicago history.

The gorgeous blonde, who has been googled by many as Kati Cawley, impressed her interviewer Pete McMurray, who seemed to get tongue tied. Check out the video below.
