Edythe Maa aka Jade Vixen Deadly Love Triangle (PHOTOS)
Jade Vixen, the S&M dominatrix alter ego of brunette Ivy Leaguer Edythe Maa, was kidnapped by obsessed client David Krieg, after he shot her boyfriend, attorney Anthony Ottaviano.
Ottaviano, 40, a lawyer at one of Manhattan’s most prestigious law firms, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, had just returned with Maa to her Philadelphia home, when Krieg, 42, shot him to death and then forced Maa into his car.
Ottaviano and Maa often attended New York City fetish parties, sometimes with him wearing lipstick, a garter belt, stockings and high heels.
Krieg, who gushed on a video on his MySpace page, “Jade Vixen – she’s the greatest fetish model since Betty Page!” had been stalking Maa for months.
After gunning down Ottaviano, Krieg drove around with the dominatrix – who specializes in “sensual teasing and denial, rope bondage, sissy-slut training, dog training, tickle torture, and corporal punishments of a traditional nature” – for hours.
Maa convinced Krieg to let her go, and he dropped her off at his relatives’ house in West Chester, Pa., shortly after 4 a.m. on Monday.
She immediately called police, who found Krieg and forced him to pull over in a restaurant parking lot, where he turned the gun on himself.

I had class with her in college. She is incredibly smart and talented. I Her dominatrix job always through me off. But, hey, not everyone can fit the standard quo. Some people are simply different.
This is a terrible tragedy that was highlighted by her secret profession. Although, truth be told I don’t recall it ever being a secret….
Regardless of who stands with the whip at hand, the fact remains that two men are dead and one woman is likely still recovering from the shock of it all.
Sympathies go out to families of the dead.
It makes me sick that people use a personal tragedy to get their cheap thrills!
I attended both Jr & Sr. High with Anthony. He was one of the nicest guys you’d ever want to meet.
I am saddened that his private life ended his successful public life.
My deepest sympathies to his family and friends.
It has been my experience that no matter how different people are from me that once I get to them they become human beings like me.
Imagine how you would feel if you a cowoker jumped out of hiding and gunned down your partner in front of you. How would you feel having the story made into curiosity and published everywhere.
