Jamie Day was arrested recently and charged with nude bartending.   The arrest took place at the Pub Room in Alton, Illinois.  The misdemeanor lewd entertainment charge befell the 24 year old after someone complained to authorities.

According to The Telegraph, Day had been performing for her customers but did put on a shirt before officers arrived.

It is apparently not the first time that police have been summoned to deal with nude barkeepers.    Janet Brannon, a 33 year old bartender at The Cabin in Delhi, in nearby Jersey County was arrested in September.  That county took a hard line, suspending the liquor license of the establishment for 30 days and fining the owner $500.
