Dena Riley Mugshot

Dena Riley, 42, pleaded guilty to kidnapping, sodomy, sex abuse and first degree murder for the videotaped killing of Marsha Spicer of Independence, Missouri, who was smothered during sex in May 2006.

Riley also pleaded guilty to kidnapping, sodomy, sex abuse and assault in a separate case involving the videotaped attack of 36-year-old Michelle Huff-Ricci of Kansas City.

Huff-Ricci’s remains were found after Riley and her boyfriend, Richard Davis, were captured following a five-day manhunt and brought back to Kansas City, where they were charged in Spicer’s death.

Davis was convicted and sentenced to death earlier this year for Spicer’s slaying.
