High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale graces the cover of the upcoming issue of Shape magazine, available on newsstands December 29.
The 23 year old used to hate the gym and thought of it as torture. That was until she found a personal trainer. She has been working out with Christopher Hebert for about eight months and says he is her biggest motivator.
