Creative Artists Agency talent agent David Bugliari has announced his December 18th engagement to actress Alyssa Milano.  The 36 year old actress, who is represented by the CAA agent,  has been in a one year relationship with Bugliari.

The photo above shows the newly engaged couple serving Christmas Eve supper at the Los Angeles Mission.

Milano has previously appeared as Samantha Micelli on Who’s the Boss, Phoebe Halliwell on Charmed and is currently in the recurring role of Billie Cunningham on My Name is Earl.

The actress has also launched a female apparel line called Touch.  Check out some Touch photo shoot poses below.

The couple exchanged wedding vows on Saturday, August 15, 2009.
