This is in response to Nic on Jan. 30th. He stated that he was appauled at all of the bigotry and assumtions and that she doesn’t owe the world anything. Well in my view I dont beleive there would be any parent that would have a seraget have 8 babys. In the State of California most of the money sucking leaches that come from mexico to pop out all the puppies they do only because they can and get all the help they want and then get to become U.S. citizens. Because if you are illegal but give birth here that means you can stay to take care of your child. You said she doesnt owe anything but to give the kids her best . I am sorry but there is no way on gods green earth that she can give the kids the care they need. And yes if one is stupid enough to put your life and the stuff you do out in the public you deserve what you get and them more.

What I find the most disturbing is that there are still women out there that feel they have the right to over populate the almost bankrupt california. California can’t even fix the many screw-up for the mistakes other people make, now taxe payers that are now getting IOUs have to pay for a lady like this that does not deserve to be living let alone try and raise that many kids. and from what i read she is not all there and the ones to suffer are the poor kids that did not ask that idiot to have them. She should have her female organs ripped right out with a shovel and flused down a toliet. There are to many childern that are not taken care of now and now that it had 8 more that just means that there are 8 more kids not being taken care of. She made a comment that they are her eggs and they are hers, I guess when some one like that who is so frinken stupid she don’t deserve anything!!! And i hope someone wakes up and takes those poor kids away and show them what a real life and being taken care of is really like. And for someone that first said that she was not any assistance and now begging for donations I call that a sick f*** that needs to be locked up and all her kids taken away and her parents locked up as well. They new what she was doing and new she was sick. You can always find out how screwed up one is by looking at the parent, well no need looking to far!

I don’t believe this. I make about 100K a year, have 2 kids and one on the way and that’s it. With them, going to school and my very little debt, I can’t afford more. What in the hell goes through the mind of a person who wants to have so many kids? I would put down a limit law on the kids in the US based on gross income. If a person has so many with already collecting welfare, forced adoption should occur. What I see here is nothing more and nothing less than a big idiot looking for a little celebrity status and our govt to pay the bill with our tax dollars. Hell, I should ask Uncle Sam for a damn rebate for raising my kids. It is people like these and all of the immigrants that that come to this country and start shooting out kids as if they were rabbit with the tax payers flipping the bill. This is certainly a reason why we, the working people have to pay so much in medical insurance and care, to cover for those idiot free loaders who have no rationale at all. We should garnish her wages, the stupid doctor’s wages and her parents for the irresponsibility shown in this medical, ethical problem.

I have 3 children, the last is special needs and I know the costs and care necessary for that child, they are great! She is being selfish and uncaring not loving to bring 8 children into this world that will have special needs and she does not have the money or the support system for them! It is sad and very wrong for that reason alone. She cannot possibly give them the love and care they need and deserve – they should be adopted to loving families!

All you bleeding hearts need to have a serious reality check. Do you not understand the situation? You say there is no indication that she has had government assistance yet according to several reputable sources

she has received food stamps, which is already a burden to the taxpayer. The assumption that she is on welfare is most likely correct because welfare and food stamps go hand in hand, and food stamps are a form of welfare. The family filed for bankruptcy with a 1million dollar debt. It takes time and irresponsibility to build that much debt even if it is through real estate endeavors. Bankruptcy is just a way to place the blame elsewhere. Years ago, if you claimed bankruptcy you were a stain on society, now it is commonplace and there is no stigma involved.

Steve in Phoenix said it all – the burden will fall to the responsible people of this nation . . . why is it that the responsible ones always have to be held accountable for the irresponsible. Its time we cut these people off . . . a free country means that everyone has a right to do what they want, but where is our freedom to choose whether we support the idiots or not? True freedom is a pipe dream; real freedom would be if the choices people make determined the consequences. That means no hand holding if bad decisions are made, like having 14 children. Hey, they’re your burden, not ours. What, you can’t support them? Too bad, looks like they will be given to people that can and will support them because it is not the children’s fault, it is their mentally challenged (no offense to the truly mentally challenged) parent’s fault. Oh, and you do not get paid for the children, and you still have to be responsible for the medical bills for the birthing process. What’s that? You don’t want to have kids now? GREAT, that’s what we were going for!

The fact of the matter is this is all a scam, and the taxpayer is the lackey because we continually elect people into office that refuse to initiate any kind of real policy change for fear that the bleeding heart activists will get angry. A few of you said the government SHOULD support them because they support everyone else . . . WTF, why am I getting screwed out of this government support? Sure they gave me loans for school, but I’ll be paying those back and then some for the next 18 years, especially now that they mandated the student loan interest rates at like 7%. Again, WTF, my brother’s mortgage interest rate is lower than my student loan rate . . . great job Uncle Sam, thanks for making it even harder for people to get an education in this country! I’m getting off topic here, the point is, the responsible people are getting bent over while this knocked up nutcase is going to get a free ride. Where’s the so called in freedom in that!

Maybe we need to pass a law limiting IVF to 2 embryos per try. And ban fertility drugs. This with the litter of eight was no “miracle” but a Frankenstein experiment gone bad. Here’s an idea.Why not clone up a platoon of Michael Phelpses? That swim team would get ALL the medals! We already have two-legged population bombs like this idiot.

I sent an email suggesting to the California Attourney General that he sue the idiot doc and the clinic for malpractice on behalf of the taxpayers. Freak shows like this does not happen in a vacuum. This stunt has consequences for innocent third parties who now have to pay. Even a truckload of free diapers from a company means we all pay when we buy from that company. We should boycott any company who aids and abets this family. I don’t want to pay for a woman who makes kids on an assembly line like a Henry Ford making Model T cars.

We already have outsourced enough childbirth through immigration to keep us overpopulated without this idiot/s help.

I once knew an idiot with 10 kids made the natural way albeit virtually on an assembly line. I asked him how he was ever going to pay for college. His answer? “God will provide”! Yeah, the Holy Taxpayer that is!

Yes! babies and children are wonderful, but they all do not turn out the same, nice sweet humans. Hopefully she does get help from nice people to take care of them so the will become good people.

OK, I know some of this isn’t very politically correct, but, please remember I am trying to be honest here at the cost of being blunt. If this offends you, I think you need to reevaluate your thinking. Yes, continue to quote the scripture about “… Be Fruitful and Multiply…” and use that as an excuse when the world is grossly overpopulated as it is. The question to me is, “Why is any family raising this many kids no matter how much money you have?” This one woman and her mother will take care of eight babies at once? I remember how big a news story it used to be for families with quadruplets or even quintuplets to try to physically care for them with two strong young adults and a nanny. These people aren’t even suited for this. It will be mass neglect. This is the best argument for abortion and contraceptives that I can think of. No political party or government, except for China, will address the problem. If you do – you are compared to Hitler and the Nazis who actually did try to eliminate certain segments of the population Most people don’t realise that the words “planned parenthood” mean exactly that. When that organization was started it tried to get enough support to implement the idea that poor people limit the amount of their children and it was even “planned” at first that some people who were on government assistance were to be encouraged to be “sterilized” for free by the government health departments to prevent the type of neglect that develops from large families with no educational background and little opportunity for career growth or educational advancement. The unpopularness of these ideas was exaggerated, as usual by the “religious conservatives” who practice the ‘right to life’ attitude. This was argued as the minorities involved played the race card and said it was an attempt at ethnic cleansing by our government and they claimed it was aimed at minorities instead of the poor as it was intended. I personally think the Catholic church ought to change some thinking for a few decades and promote more responsibility, especially in the already starving countries. In My Opinion, some people don’t realize it but the government never disliked minorities, they dislike poor people. Sounds like a good reason to try to create more educational opportunities and higher paying jobs to me, instead of farming everything out to other countries. The question is how long before we start limiting the number of children you can have to one or two children? China now has a limit of one child per family. You would think that it didn’t have to be a law for people to be responsible enough to their kids and the rest of the world to realize the burning question on the minds of most congressmen is, “What are you thinking about when you have five or more children if you can’t even afford to feed yourself?” These people don’t have to be on welfare to be sticking it to their tax payers, they can just write off each child as an exemption. It works out to about half the cost to feed and clothe each child anyway. Another thing that no one in the government would dare mention about this is also we have gotten rid of the draft and improved health care, extending more lives. We already have a massive homeless population. The things we used to call “natural selection” were war, pestilence, and plague. The incidence of teen pregnancy has got to be adding to the problem considering one in four teenage girls has a sexually transmitted disease. A little over two centuries ago most people didn’t live to be over thirty years old and about one out of eight children died in childbirth and half of those with complications were responsible for the mother dying as well. That is a big reason for large families in third world nations because most of them don’t make it to adulthood or much later. Now people can consider having eight children at a time though the miracle of modern science. At that rate, pretty soon we will be stacked on top of each other. I think we should consider what do to limit that irresponsility..
