A 4.5 magnitude earthquake shook the Puget Sound area of Washington state early Friday morning, January 30, 2009 according to the USGS. The good news is that surrounding infrastructure seems to have weathered the seismic event without damage.

Amy Winehouse seemingly can’t escape drama in her life. The troubled songstress, who is currently vacationing in St. Lucia, was robbed early Thursday morning.
Burglars busted down the door of Winehouse’s north London apartment and made off with recording equipment and several valuable guitars before police were alerted by a neighbor around 4:00 a.m.
