Country singing sensation Taylor Swift is one smart 19 year old.  Wanting to help out with the state of the world’s money woes, Taylor wants to make sure anyone who wants to see her perform will be able to, so she slashed her ticket prices.

This will be the first tour that she will headline, and American Idol contestant Kelly Pickler will be her opening act.  Over the next six months they will be in 52 cities across the US and Canada.

Ticket slashing isn’t Taylor’s only money saving plan, the singer will be unveiling a budget line of dresses next month at WalMart.

Prices for the “Fearless” concert will start out at $20 per ticket.  The show will kick off on April 23rd in Evansville, Illinois.
