Game Day At The Playboy Mansion: Red Carpet Photos
Kicking off Super Bowl XLIII in style, Hugh Hefner threw his annual party: Game Day at the Playboy Mansion. This year there were many unfamiliar faces walking the red carpet, now that Hef’s old harem of girlfriends has moved on.
Hef’s twin girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon were on hand. The two really got into the spirit of game day, all decked out in body paint.
