As odd as it may sound, singer Jennifer Hudson’s fiance David Otunga is currently training to become a part of the WWE.  You read right, he may soon be sporting tights.

Here are a few little facts that you might not have known about David; he graduated from Harvard Law School then moved on to do a reality show, I Love New York 2 where he went by the name Punk. Last September David and the American Idol contestant became engaged….and now he’s into wrestling?

David has signed a contract with Florida Championship Wrestling, which is part of WWE’s developmental league in Tampa.  Don’t get too excited, nothing solid has been released by the WWE but David hopes to be in the ring before the end of the year.

Check out Jennifer’s tribute to Michael Jackson, which she sang at his memorial service on July 7, 2009.  The amazing song was Will You Be There.
