Will the ABC hit show Desperate Housewives be the same without sexy real estate agent Edie Britt?  Actress Nicollette Sheridan has announced that she is exiting the show.

This isn’t the first time that we have heard that Nicollette would be leaving but this time her rep confirmed the news to Usmagazine.com.

Show creator Marc Cherry gave a little insight into what to expect for the fifth season, saying “Edie will cross a moral boundary that will reap devastating consequences for her character.”

Her role will come to an end at the season finale in April.  Will Wisteria Lane be the same? Will you miss Edie?
