It looks like Papa Jamie Spears could be free of one headache for the next several years if all goes right.  Pop singer Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has been charged with three felonies and could face up to seven years behind bars.

What did Adnan do?  He ran into a process server with his car and then fled the scene on February 11.  He has been charged with hit and run, assault with a deadly weapon and battery – all felonies.   A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest and prosecutors hope to get a judge to set bail at $110,000.

The documents that Ghalib was trying to avoid being served were from the Spears camp.  The server suffered a broken wrist and cuts and bruises.
