Television personality and popular cook Paula Deen was taking part in the South Beach Wine & Food Fest on Sunday, for the Food Network, when she started to lose her pants.  That didn’t seem to stop the always feisty Deen from continuing to strut across the stage.

The pants slipped down and Paula pulled them back up as she marched across the kitchen set – much to the delight of those who were watching the segment.

She was a guest on Oprah today, and shared the details.  It seems that she knew ahead of time that the pants were too big so her stylist used a “big old safety pin” to keep the pants in the upright position.  Unfortunately that temporary solution failed.

Her popular show Paula’s Home Cooking has won two Daytime Emmy Awards since it premiered in 2005.
