The next Bachelorette – Jillian Harris

It was announced at the end of “The Bachelor: After the Final Rose, Part 2″ that Jillian Harris has been chosen as the next Bachelorette.

Jillian, a fan favorite who never made it past the best friend stage with Jason Mesnick,  will now have her pick of 25 eligible bachelors on the upcoming season of The Bachelorette.

Jillian, 29, is an interior decorator from Peace River, Alberta, Canada.

The Bachelorette premieres May 18 on ABC.
