This is the second time that we know of that talk show host Jimmy Kimmel and comedian Sarah Silverman have thrown in the towel on their  relationship.

The funny duo started dating 5 years ago, with a brief split in July 2008 which only lasted a couple of months.  But, now sources say that they have broken up again.  Will it be for good this time?

Jimmy was previously married to Gina and they have two children, Kevin and Katie.  Silverman, who has suffered from depression for many years, admits to not wanting to have children the natural way because she is too afraid that they would inherit her depression.

No word from either Kimmel or Silverman on the reason for the split.
