Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou Married
The star of Kimora; Life in the Fab Lane and creative director for Phat Fashions, Kimora Lee Simmons and boyfriend, actor and model Djimon Hounsou are married.
Although their union has yet to be made official in the U.S., the couple who are expecting a child together this year, had a wedding ceremony in Djimon’s native town Benin, Africa over the summer.
Because Kimora’s divorce from Russell Simmons was yet to be finalized, they were not able to make it official in the U.S. As of January, Russell and Kimora’s divorce has been finalized.
Not to be outdone, Kimora went all out with the wedding ceremony. They both wore the traditional dashikis and Africian drums. They danced and they even had their own hut.
Kimora’s daughters with Russell, Aoki and Ming were along for the ceremony and sources say that they were very confused. While Aoki slept through the vows, Ming cried.
We have to wonder when and if their union will be finalized in the U.S. Will Kimora really want to give up the alimony payments she is receiving from Russell?

First of all, get it straight. Djimon is not from Benin town. it is a country. so It should be Native country, Benin. don’t mislead people there is also a city in Nigeria by the same name called Benin city. big difference

If the kids don’t approve. Give up the though of rushing into a permenant family thing. Hear me loud and clear. In almost all celebrity wedding it is more of a sex thing than a love and family thing. Make it family, so, don’t rush. Give sometime and love to the children. Where there are true love, children can cope. Otherwise have a good moment.
