Jade Goody Dies (Photos)
British reality star Jade Goody, 27, passed away just before 4 a.m. this morning in her sleep. The actress allowed cameras to follow her and her family around while she battled cancer.
Trying to get her life in order, Jade married boyfriend Jack Tweed in February, knowing that the end was near. In the hospital, Goody and her two sons from a previous relationship were baptized.
In 2002, the world first met Jade on the British reality show Big Brother, and last year she was on the India version of the Celebrity Big Brother show as well.
Jade was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August 2008. A book, chronicling her last few months of life, will be on sale within the next few months.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown said on Sunday, “She was a courageous woman both in life and death, and the whole country have admired her determination to provide a bright future for her children.”
She is survived by her husband Jack Tweed, two sons Bobby and Freddie, with ex-boyfriend Jeff Brazier, and her mother Jackiey Budden.

As it would be for anyone uffering with cancer, jade goody, a mother of two and so young, I really do pray for you and all those who suffered like you. Rest in peace x
wow, cancer is scary – i always assumed i would be safe from all medical issues at least through my 20’s
She was a courageous woman that did not deserve to die at home or in the hospial no matter what she has done.

You’re only interested in her because she was a celeb, spare a thought for those who were pushed out of the way so she could be treated first, that good old preferential treatment for celebrities nonsense, tell me will you shed a tear for those who die because their treatment got held up just so that jade could get treated first? I doubt it, as long as your favourite celeb is o.k it doesn’t matter how many ordinary mothers, fathers, daughters, etc die, this culture of pandering to celebs disgusts me and always will. How many of you help a friend, neighbour or relative who has it? Hypocrisy disgusts me, but I doubt that many of you would understand, frankly it will not surprise me if my comment gets shouted down or removed, but at least I am truthfull, I wonder where you lot will be if your neighbour falls ill from cancer, you will probably be to busy to help out because you will be watching your latest favourite celeb. Have a nice life and don’t look to hard in the mirror, you might not like what you see.
