   I don’t know anyone involved in this situation… but what a painful loss for so many in their lives, I am sure… To pass judgment about this woman as your first response says a lot more about YOU than anyone involved in this tragic situation….I wish all involved peace… and I wish you who would judge them some kind of healing of the distortions of your heart.

   Maybe they were only friends…I have male friends and I’m happily married and faithful. Some of my friends are even gay. Regardless, we don’t know and it’s besides the point. Three little children lost their Mother and must be heartbroken right now. And John has lost his life mate. God Bless them.

   stacy dijulius, a married woman with 3 kids, should have never been bar-hopping and meeting and messing with another man!!!!! she should have been home with her husband and kids that night, and not only that night, but always!!! and erich schultz should have never been seeing and talking to stacy dijulius, a married woman!!!! they were both in the wrong!!!! God hates adultery and lying and cheating and unfaithfulness!!!! God lets things go so far, and then comes His judgement!!!!

   This article is completely wrong. Schultz did NOT murder Stacy; this is obviously an attempt to make a tragic freak accident into some hollywood story. And as far as the rest of you who left comments JUDGING Stacy, you don’t know anything. You should be ashamed of yourselves for saying such disrespectful things. It makes me ill to read your heartless opinions over the death of a GOOD mother and a GOOD friend.

   DON’T comment about someone that you didn’t know. You don’t have the right.

   james peterson — don’t be stupid, you don’t know these people and you don’t know the facts. she didn’t even go to the bar with him, she went with a bunch of girlfriends from work; he showed up later and harassed her. He’d been stalking her for months.

   shame on you for passing judgement against people you don’t even know. May God judge you as harshly.

   I seen John speak in Vegas, and he made such an inpact on my life as a stylist. This is a terrible thing that has happend and reguardless of what actually happened two people are dead. I’d like to think that I don’t share this earth with people who simply want to go on and on about things they don’t know.     Here’s the ’story’ folks:

    First, I went to high school with Erich. Point? I knew the guy and he wasn’t of the heart to harm anyone. This does say something, meanwhile…. After all the ‘noise’ and speculation of the ’story’ and what really happened, here’s what happened (and care of the final ’story’ of the local police report.) Stacy went to the establishment that night with friends, Erich (a year long friend of Stacy) showed up an hour or so later with his friends. Erich and Stacy did not ‘meet’ at that establishment ‘together’, or, ‘plan’ to be there together. Apparently Stacy whom is a mother had been separated from her spouse for several months and upon this night (3/21/09), she wasn’t meeting her ‘boyfriend’ Erich.

    As regular ‘friends’, Stacy and Erich (for whatever reason) got into an arguement. Did they ‘like’ each other? Did they have romantic ‘hopes’ between themselves? Who know’s, point is, this wasn’t the outline for this night. For the argument, apparently nobody whom made statements to the police or the media know’s what this arguement was about. The argument spilled outside into the parking lot w/just Erich and Stacy. From here was one couple that in the parking lot saw the whole event minus one part- when Stacy went down.

    After time arguing in the parking lot, apparently Erich got into his suv and proceded to leave. While doing so, several times (as seen by the witnesses), Stacy blocked his way from driving away, was banging on the hood of the suv, banging on the windows, at another point reached into the driver’s side window grabbing the steering wheel, and Erich- went from start to stop, start to stop, start to stop- all because of Stacy; Erich was trying to leave.

    Whatever they’re conversation, at the last point Stacy either tripped or fell which then resulted in her under the rear drivers side back wheel that ran over her upper body. This was not seen by the witness couple, but the next report was a second couple driving by on Rt 82 that stopped to help after Stacy was injured (they didn’t see this part either.) Once Erich pulled forward and realized something was wrong, he spun the suv around and got out of the vehicle.

    Erich went over to Stacy and turned her over, saw her condition, started to cry, started saying- “how did this happen”, over and over, (witness reports.) The nearby couple that saw the entire event but the last part came to Erich and Stacy’s aid. As the woman of the couple reported in interview on the news, Erich was distraught, the couple was trying to calm him and she was holding Stacy telling her “everything would be ok” (yet apparently knowing by Stacy’s condition that things weren’t good.)

    From here at the next point Erich changed demeanor, turn around, walked to his suv, pulled out a gun, put it to his head, and pulled the trigger. The couple on the scene and the second that arrived to help, heard the pop and saw Erich drop.

    In the end, this was a tragic event for everyone involved. In the end, this was not a ‘murder/sucicide’ but an ‘accident/suicide’. Anyone reading the final news reports know this to be. In that Stacy caused the issue and created the situation? Doesn’t matter now, as Erich simply wanted to leave (wherever he was going or wanted to go) and then finally forcing the issue to leave where Stacy ended up under the truck- I believe Erich never saw it, wouldn’t have let it happen, and couldn’t live with what happened; Erich took himself out. This alone is pretty brutal, I think Erich cared enough by it all he couldn’t live with himself- not anything else. Nobody talked to them that night in the last 10 minutes, nobody knows what the whole scene was about. (or, for whomever might, this was never reported to the police or the local media that was ever reported.)

    In things Stacy was a co-owner of a successful four store spa with a successful husband. Erich was a past salesman whom lost his job a year earlier (as reported, it was never said by his fault or downsizing,) but whatever the case, Erich hadn’t been able to find new work yet, and had just lost his home forclosed on a week earlier.

    I’ve been without work when I wanted it, this isn’t good for anyone in such a situation. For the Erich/Stacy situaion, that night was nothing more than a tradgedy for everyone involved.

    I wish and hope for everyone personally affected- eventual peace and relief for Erich and Stacy from 3/21/09.
