Suri Cruise, daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, spent some time at the American Girl Place in Los Angeles yesterday.

The mini-celeb will be 3 years old on April 18.  She was photographed  with Katie, going into and later coming out of the trendy kid boutique.   She was escorted in with her hair down, wearing a pair of summer sandals and dragging her famous security blanket.

As we all know, shopping can be exhausting.  At the end of Suri’s retail adventure, she emerged barefoot, wrapped in her blanket, and sporting a messy swept back hairdo.  Most interesting of all was the sight of the tot chewing on her flip flop.
