Usually we are overloaded with photos of Heidi Montag and her “husband” Spencer Pratt, but in recent weeks they have either lost their affection for the paparazzi or they have been hiding out.  The two finally surfaced yesterday at The Grove in L.A. and it looked like Heidi was hiding something.

Could Heidi really be pregnant?  On April 1st there was a twitter page reported to be Montag’s.   It read:  “I wanted to tell my twitter friends first…I am pregnant!!!!!  I couldn’t be more excited!  I hope it’s a boy!”

So, it turned out to be some hack that started the page and it was reportedly an April Fools’ joke.  But was it?  Usually Heidi is flaunting her skinny little body but not in these photos.  She brought a big bag along to cover up her tummy….or so it seems.
