Unable to sell their homes in an unstable economy, some celebrities are opting to put their lavish digs on the rental market.
Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have had their La Costa Beach house in Malibu on and off the market since March, 2006, when it was listed for $14,000,000. When slashing the price to $10,995,000 yielded no results, the home was put up for lease with an asking price of $25,000 a month in October of 2008.
The 4,500 square foot home, located on the Pacific Coast Highway, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a white on white decor. The living room has a fireplace and three French doors which open to the oceanfront terrace.
The master suite, located on the second floor, has a fireplace, a large walk-in closet and a marble bathroom with spa tub. Also on the second floor is an office/library with excercise equipment.
The third floor has 2 oceanfront bedrooms that open to a terrace with a hot tub. Another terrace is located off a third bedroom/office at the front of the house. (View photos below)
