Heidi Klum is reportedly nearly four months pregnant with her fourth child.  It seems that the Project Runway host will be attending a couture event soon and several leaked sketches of her redesigned maternity gowns were published on a website for a short time before being taken down.

Seal confirmed the good news at his Radio City Music Hall gig in NYC on Thursday night, with Heidi sitting in the sixth row.  The couple have two children: Henry 3, and Johan, 2.  Heidi also has a nearly 5 year old daughter Leni from a previous relationship.

Project Runway has been picked up for a seventh season and will be filmed in NYC, beginning in July.   Season six is complete and will air this summer on the Lifetime network.
