Stars are just like the rest of the world when it comes to video games.  Actress Christina Applegate found out the hard way about the repercussions of playing non-stop Guitar Hero.

Applegate is currently dating rock star Martyn Lenoble so maybe she wanted to see how it felt to be a musician.  While taking a break on set, she played 25 continuous songs in her dressing room and ended up needing medical help.

Finding it hard to work because of head pain, Applegate said that she could barely do her scenes and that the producers let her take a break for a couple hours to get medical attention, including a CT scan.  The diagnosis was an ocular migraine that ended up staying with her for 2 weeks.

Christina kept the cause of her headache under wraps from the producers but eventually revealed her Guitar Hero obsession on Jimmy Kimmel Live.  The actress has reportedly given up the game.
