I do think she shouldn’t have gone more than a block to prove her point, going the full three miles did bring some legal issues into play. I have two girls 13 and 11 and because they are so close in age they tend to bicker, but its nothing uncommon or out of the ordinary. And while I have never kicked them out of the vehicle; I have threatened and felt like doing so. While she should be arrested, I don’t think she should be harshly punished. She should get some sort of parenting class and community service with children. Listening to their constant bickering and trying to drive she just didn't think of the consequences. Bottom line.....kids need more dicipline at home outside of the car. Get them off the ipods, internet.......into the kitchen and laundry room and see if their attitude doesn't improve. Parents and kids all just don't know how to appropriately handle stress anymore.
