Dancing With the Stars Melissa Rycroft Injury (VIDEO)
Melissa Rycroft was sidelined during week eight of Dancing With the Stars due to an injury sustained last week during rehearsal.
Rycroft went to the hospital on Monday after being bothered all week by a “blinding pain” shooting down her side that turned out to be a hairline rib fracture.
“She received treatment today for her ribs, and there were complications,” according to a show rep. “She’s resting, and we expect her back here tomorrow.”
Melissa and partner Tony Dovolani, the top scorers on last week’s show, were judged on a taped rehearsal earning 21 points for their jive.

Melissa shuld not have had to be included in this weeks comp. She was injured. When did they decide to count the rehearsal?
