Carrie Prejean: Breast Implants Paid For By Miss California Pageant Organization

The reigning Miss California, Carrie Prejean, is by now a household name because of the way she answered the question about same sex marriage.  The first runner-up to Miss USA 2009 believes that her controversial response cost her the crown.

Not only did she enrage people, but she is currently feuding with the Miss California USA pageant organization.  Co-directors Shanna Moakler and Keith Lewis were vocal in their condemnation of her belief that she favors the tradition marriage between a man and a woman.  Communication between Prejean and pageant officials has ceased and there is strong speculation that Carrie Prejean will be stripped of her state crown.  We now know that that didn’t happen.  But what we do know is that Moakler has resigned as pageant director.

Billy Bush of Access Hollywood asked Moakler about rumors that Prejean had a breast implant procedure in the weeks leading up to the national pageant and that it had been funded by the Miss California pageant organization.  Bush inquired, “Did you guys pay for it?”  Shauna responded, “Yes we did.  It was something that we all spoke about together.  It was an option and she wanted it.  And we supported that decision.”

Mockler claims that it is no longer a rarity to see beauty contestants who have undergone breast augmentation procedures.  The days of beauty queen’s relying solely on their natural beauty have apparently gone by the wayside.  Another myth destroyed….heavy sigh.

Prejean was on The Today Show this morning and broke the news that she will be working with The National Organization For Marriage – read that to mean ‘traditional’ marriage.    It looks like she may be walking away from her pageant life with this new revelation.

May 5, 2009 Update: Speaking of revelations – nude photos of Carrie Prejean have now surfaced.  Check out her newly released statement regarding the leaked pics.

  1. Fake marriage and fake titties!! Gotta love Cali!

  2. Apparently brain implants are still some way off for her. Hopefully the jesusfreak will fade back into trailer trash anonymity.

  3. So what if she has fake boobs! my goodness, people get it done all the time. I agree with the way she answered the question. I like men and only men. How in the world could a woman be attracted to a woman and a man be attracted to a man? Ha, I think that is hilarious. Whats even more funny is that gays and lesbians have more rights than straight people do. If they can speak out and have their own opinon and what not, then so can straight people. The thing is, just like Miss California, she spoke out and gave us her opinion, what she believed, and people make a big deal out of it. Thats messed up. Anyway, what kind of question was that? They should never ask questions about religion, politics, or same sex marriage if you ask me. That was a dumb question. I have been in several pageants and won I might add, and none of us girls were ever asked such a contraversial question. That shoud be blamed on the Pageant Organization. As far as the “photos” that were taken, its her life and although I don’t agree with taking photos like that, that was her decision and with each decision one makes, there is ALWAYS a consequence…

  4. What’s the big deal about Carrie? I am very conservative and I don’t see anything wrong with the photos. They were in “good taste”. I see if they were Playboy style where she’s totally nude and showing her genitals. This is the 21st Century. Do we expect everyone to be picture perfect with no baggage? Maybe we should evaluate the purpose of pageants and what they stand for. A reigning queen representing me has nothing to do with her personal religous beliefs. The controversy is the fact that “gay marriage” is a hot topic and she did not lie to be political correct. So we are going to convict her for her beliefs. In other words, we shoudl choose a queen that says what’s politically right” for ppublic acceptance. Carrie will always be my state queen because she has the heart and courage to go against the grain. This is the problem in America. We are too wish-washy. Stand tall and firm. Oh by the way, don’t be jealous of her implants and body. She’s enhancing what God gave her!
