Monica Hansen Lawsuit: Breast Implant Doc Posted Her Photos
Monica Hansen is a 6′1″ tall Norwegian model who has been a cover girl for Maxim, Stuff and Esquire magazine. The attractive blonde, named Maxim Woman of the Year 2006, is suing her breast implant surgeon for the illegal use of her image as a means of drumming up business.
According to the suit, Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein used photos of his former patient to advertise on his website lhochsteinmd.com. The pics have since been taken down but according to Ms Hansen, the damage is done. She didn’t give him permission and she has filed court documents in a legal effort to be properly compensated for the ethical breach.
UPDATE: Hansen was awarded a default judgment of $564,555, but the good doctor is appealing the verdict. He has apparently been able to pull together several e-mail messages that Hansen sent to a Miami madam Michelle Braun. The messages reportedly will prove that he had permission from Hansen to use her photos on his website.

I know Monica Hansen and she could care less if the hole world knew she had her boobs done.. No big deal.. She is open for surgeries and anything that makes you look and feel good. Half the world of women got them. I know for a fact that DR. Lenny was not the DR how did her boobs. She is suing him because he stole images from magazines and internet then used them on his site and he still uses them in a video on his site. It has nothing to do with her boobs.. And also Monica Hansen was winner of $100000 of Perfect 10 mag 1997, witch featured 100 % natural girls. You can google her photo and she for your self.. Just google perfect 10 and Monica Hansen.. looks like monica will not be getting a cent, the judge lifted the judgement yesterday so no money for ms. hansen. Most likely the hearing will be brought to florida where everything took place. Dr. hochstein is now getting his side of the story out according to various news outlets.
