The 135th Annual Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs was well represented by Hollywood celebrities and some top athletes as well.  A huge charity gala was held on the eve of the race by twin sisters Patricia and Priscilla Barnstable Brown.  The models are best known as the Doublemint Twins.

Attending their charity event to help raise funds for diabetes research were Drew Lachey, Nick Lachey, Nancy O’Dell, Brooke Shields, Paris Hilton, Doug Reinhardt, Joey Fatone, Travis Tritt and Theresa Tritt.

Also on hand were Kid Rock, Donna Summer, En Vogue, Eli Manning, Danica Patrick, Derek Anderson, and Larry Birkhead.
