“How I Met Your Mother” star Neil Patrick Harris was in New York this morning handing out free candy bars for the launch of Mars’ Real Chocolate Relief Act, which aims to improve the world’s mood through candy.

On Free Chocolate Fridays, consumers can sign up on RealChocolate.com to receive coupons for any full-size Mars real chocolate product.

Mars is giving away as many as seven million packages of M&M’S, Snickers, Milky Way, Twix, Dove, and 3 Musketeers in the United States.  Coupons are limited to one per person, per week, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
