Thank goodness actress/singer/model Lindsay Lohan was not home yesterday around 3 p.m. because an intruder broke into her home. Luckily she has an alarm and the company notified police, who rushed right over.

Police initially surmised that Lohan’s home had indeed been ransacked, though nothing seemed to be missing.  The story is changing now folks.

The LAPD is now saying that the home was just messy.  HAHAHAHA!  That’s funny stuff.  How embarrassing would it be to tell all your friends that your house was trashed and then later admit….well…not really, it turns out that I’m just a slob.

Police are still investigating the incident.  Maybe her old girlfriend Samantha Ronson was looking to retrieve some of her personal property.  We all recall that Lindsay has a tendency to walk off with items that don’t belong to her.  We’re just saying…
