If you didn’t like your neighbors, would you be willing to pay $5,000 more a month to get them booted out?  That is what one neighbor is proposing to the landlord who recently rented a Hollywood Hills home to Paris Hilton.

Paris is shelling out $22,000 a month to live in her new digs and her neighbor is willing to shell out $27,000 per month in order to have Paris and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt evicted.

Reason?  Paris and Doug have been there a total of five days and the unhappy guy next door has phoned police to report out of control parties, screaming, yelling and vandalism to several neighborhood vehicles by party-goers.

Reinhardt reportedly told police, when they arrived on the door step for a second time, that Paris had received a prank call telling her that her dog Tinkerbell had been running loose and had been hit by a car.  She became hysterical, prompting the neighbor to report a potential case of domestic abuse.

Evidently the neighbor confronted Reinhardt about the matter yesterday and was told by Doug that he and Paris are public figures and that is what one should expect under the circumstances.

No word on whether the landlord will take the cash and ditch his ‘celebrity’ tenants.
