Matilda Rose Ledger, three-and-a-half year old daughter of actress Michelle Williams and the late Heath Ledger, was photographed walking jauntily in New York City on Monday morning.

The youngster and her mother were in the company of other family members, including her maternal grandmother Carla Williams.

Michelle and Heath ended their three year relationship in September 2007 and he died of an accidental prescription drug overdose in Manhattan in January 2008.  Williams has moved on and is now in a relationship with director Spike Jonze.
