Although Britney Spears seems to be getting her life back on track with regard to her health, children and career, there are still many people out there who want to take her down.  This time a former bodyguard, who worked for Spears a total of three days, is suing the pop star for negligently operating her home.

Kerry Vine has filed a lawsuit after he allegedly hurt himself while at the stars home.  TMZ did a little digging and discovered that on the third day of his employment, Vine offered to help move a small table with a few other men.  The following day he called in sick due to shoulder pain and has been on worker’s comp ever since the incident a year ago.

Britney isn’t the only one he is blaming.  He also claims that the security company that he worked for “forced him to perform duties that put him in harm’s way.”
