The Season 8 American Idol finale was filled with surprises, but perhaps the most amazing shocker, aside from Kris Allen’s upset win over judges favorite Adam Lambert, was judge Kara DioGuardi’s body flaunting stunt.

Early on this season, there was one contestant who did all of her performing in a skimpy two-piece.  Katrina Darrell aka Bikini Girl made a return appearance on stage last night, rocking some sexy swimwear and new breast implants, according to show host Ryan Seacreast.  She has been busy since her ouster from AI,  and is reportedly in negotiations with Playboy.

She was joined by DioGuardi, who had been particularly harsh with the contestant during her brief stint on Idol.  Kara wailed a hot rendition of Vision of Love and then parted her dress to reveal a very tiny black string bikini.

We learned, after the stunt, that American Idol agreed to donate a significant sum of money to charity if DioGuardi would bare nearly all on live television – and she absolutely held up her end of the bargain, much to the delight of the judges and the audience.
