Jon & Kate Plus 8 Child Labor Investigation
TLC reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8 is currently under investigation by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor over child labor concerns.
Labor Department spokesman Justin Fleming says the department is looking into a complaint against the show, which has recently attracted a large television audience and tabloid headlines, following reports of marital troubles for Jon and Kate Gosselin, parents to 8-year-old twins and 5-year-old sextuplets.
TLC says it fully complies with state laws and regulations.
