Lost actress Emilie de Ravin and her actor husband of three years, 27 year old Josh Janowicz, have split and are headed for divorce court.  The couple were married in Australia in June 2006, after dating for over four years.

This is the second split for the couple.  Their first separation occurred just six months into the marriage, but they quickly reconciled.  This time it appears they will not reunite.

Emilie’s rep, Jeff Raymond, confirmed the fact that the couple have been living separately and have initiated divorce proceedings.  He added the requisite “they will remain friends”.

The actress, 27, who will return in the fall for a sixth season of Lost, is spending her summer filming Remember Me with actor Robert Pattinson.  The love story is set for February 2010 release.   Her film Public Enemies, with Johnny Depp, will hit theaters on July 1, 2009.
