Actor Johnny Palermo and Girlfriend Alessandra Giangrande Killed in Car Crash (PHOTOS)

Actor Johnny Palermo, 27, and girlfriend Alessandra Giangrande, were killed June 8 in an early morning car accident in North Hollywood, CA.

Giangrande, who was driving at the time, and Palermo were pronounced dead at the scene. Giangrande’s brother, also a passenger, suffered serious injuries in the crash.

Palermo appeared in more than 30 television shows during his brief career, including “Everybody Hates Chris,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “CSI: Miami,” and Nickelodeon’s “Just for Kicks.”

Alessandra, 25, was from Reading, Mass.

Palermo’s last project, an indie film called Pizza With Bullets, is scheduled for release later this year.

The cause of the crash has not been determined.
