The Women In Film Awards (WIF), hosted by comedian Cheslea Handler, honored Hollywood’s brightest female A-lister’s last night at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.  The two most prestigious awards of the evening went to Jennifer Aniston and Holly Hunter.

Aniston, who delighted her male fans by posing for GQ earlier this year, was the recipient of the 2009 Crystal Award for her work to expand the roles of women within the entertainment industry.  Hunter accepted the 2009 Lucy Award for her innovation in television – established by WIF to pay tribute to Lucille Ball.

Also on hand for the star-studded evening were Poppy Montgomery, Cheryl Hines, Elizabeth Banks, Rachel Harris, Jodie Foster and Heather Locklear.
