Kelly Preston Returns to Work Six Months After Son’s Death
Actress Kelly Preston and her husband John Travolta have stayed out of the press since the sad death of their son Jett Travolta on January 2, 2009. Six months have passed and Kelly has decided to go back to the big screen.
In the Disney coming of age drama The Last Song, Kelly will star alongside Miley Cyrus. Filming began this week in Savannah, Georgia.
Greg Kinnear will play Miley’s estranged father in the movie project. The release date for the film is January 8, 2010.
