Debbie Rowe to Seek Custody of Paris and Prince Michael (PHOTOS and VIDEO)
Debbie Rowe will fight for custody of son Michael Joseph Jr., known as Prince Michael, 12, and daughter Paris Michael Katherine, 11, the two children she bore for Michael Jackson.
“I want my kids,” Rowe told KNBC reporter Chuck Henry. “I am stepping up. I have to.”
Rowe also said she will take out a restraining order if necessary to keep Jackson’s father Joe Jackson away from the children.
Rowe has had very little contact with the children over the years.
Although her agreement with Michael allowed for visitation, she claims that has been very difficult for her to do. She said if she misses a visitation (due to illness, etc.), that it was hard to get a make up date.
She also said she would be willing to raise 7-year-old Prince Michael II, known as Blanket, who was born to an unnamed surrogate mother. Although she realizes it is unlikely she would be awarded custody of him, she said she would be willing to take the child.
Rowe was married to Jackson in 1996 and filed for divorce three years later, surrendering parental rights.
During court testimony, Rowe said, “I had the children for him. They wouldn’t be on this planet if it wasn’t for my love for him. I did it for him to become a father, not for me to become a mother. You earn the title ‘parent.” I have done absolutely nothing to earn that title.”
Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, was awarded temporary custody of the children, pending a hearing on Monday
A will signed by Jackson in 2002 and filed with the court on Wednesday states “I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson.”
Rowe’s attorney, Eric George, plans to attend custody hearing Monday to represent her.

Debbbie stop listening to your lawyers,because you will never get custody of those kids why do you want custody out of love,you gave up your rights and got paid was that out of love, they dont even know you at this point its useless keep what little dignity you have left because you wiii only be humiliated you will never get them stop wasting the money you were paid to leave them alone.that s the choice you made , live with

debbie,let the court decide.it will be a long battle.if they were meant for you then let it be.there are still many questions to be answered and if you are prepared to fight and big responsibilities then go.only god knows what will happen next
