Sir Paul McCartney’s ex-wife Heather Mills has invested some of her divorce settlement cash on a new restaurant venture that she has named V-Bites.  The official opening of the vegan restaurant was today in London and the couple’s daughter Beatrice was on hand to greet potential customers and well-wishers.

The outspoken activist is planning to be ‘hands on’ in her new establishment.  Not only was she involved with the cleaning and painting of the restaurant but plans to cook on Sundays.

What will Heather prepare?  Her favorites of course…roast potatoes, parsnips, and veggie gravy.  If you buy into Heather’s world view of culinary cuisine, she says you will be “shocked” because most of the faux meats taste like the real deal.
