Miley Cyrus Covers ELLE August 2009 (PHOTOS)

Miley Cyrus graces the cover of ELLE magazine’s August 2009 issue. The 16-year-old pop and country artist talks about her new clothing line and the difficulties of being a teen star.

Cyrus has teamed up with Max Azria on a new line of clothing that is sold at Wal-Mart. She is particularly excited about the jeans. In a statement that definitely qualifies as a ‘celebrity quote of the day’, she said:

The jeans are my favorite part of the entire line. Because, like literally, this is going to be good for, like, Middle America, and it will be great for kids that really want to be in fashion but don’t have it available.

To further emphasize her point, she admitted that she would be willing to pay $500 for the Wal-Mart jeans. Spoken like a true rich kid. We’re just saying….

WOW miley cyrus have big boobs now, look at that dress is that even legal for someone under 18, i mean a picture like that may not go ease on her career, the media won’t go crazy on her like the last time she have got to careful, and she look better without her make up one.

If she were smileing and laughing, there would be nothing to see here. I would wear that outfit,and yes, i would think i looked hot.
