Queen Latifah, who delivered a eulogy at Michael Jackson’s memorial, never actually met the King of Pop.

Sitting down with David Letterman Wednesday night, Latifah said, “I never actually got to meet him.”

Latifah told Letterman that Jackson thought she had beautiful cheekbones, which she considered “a compliment coming from Mike Jackson.”

Mike Jackson?  Really?  She just SAID she never met the man, yet she feels familiar enough to call him Mike?  I’m glad I’m not the only one who finds this strange.
