Jim Carrey has just found out that he will soon become a grandfather.  His 21-year-old daughter Jane Erin Carrey is pregnant with her first child.  The baby daddy is her fiance Alex Santana aka Nitro of the rock band Blood Money.

Jane is a musician with the Jane Carrey Band.  Her mother, former actress Melissa Womer, was married to Carrey from 1987 to 1995.

Jim has been in a relationship with Jenny McCarthy since December 2005.

STORY UPDATE: Jane and Alex were married on November 14, 2009.  The father-of-the-bride, Carrey ‘tweeted’ on Wednesday night, “My Jane is a married woman.  Days ago her (sic) and my new son in law Alex got hitched.  The day was simply perfect…lots of love there… :)”.
