Jon Gosselin Engaged! Hailey Glassman’s $180,000 Engagement Ring
Jon Gosselin is engaged to 22-year-old Hailey Glassman, the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed his wife’s tummy tuck.
The 32-year-old Jon & Kate Plus 8 star is not yet divorced from wife Kate Gosselin, but has already reportedly proposed to Hailey, presenting her with a $180,000 engagement ring during their weekend getaway to St. Tropez, where they were photographed together on famed Ed Hardy fashion designer Christian Audigier’s private yacht.
The engagement ring, designed by Edouard Nahum, is described as a skull surrounded by black diamonds.
An insider reportedly told InTouch, “Jon has been telling everyone that he loves her and she loves him, so why waste time? They started dating two months ago and they both just knew the other was the one instantly.”
After returning to the states, Jon issued a statement to People.com, saying “What began as a friendship has grown into something more. I know that my decision to appear publicly with Hailey this weekend will be scrutinized, but I hope that people can see I’m a regular guy who’s going through a very difficult time in life and wants to move forward.”
An insider from Hailey’s camp claims the party girl is just using Jon. When she realized Jon and Kate’s marriage was on the rocks, she saw an opportunity through her father’s connection to the Gosselins to “get famous.” She apparently had tried to get on some reality shows in the past, including MTV’s Real World and Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club.
Hailey has definitely been receiving media attention recently, with her rap sheet and mugshot plastered all over the internet, along with compromising facebook pictures showing her wild party girl ways.
Be careful what you wish for Hailey.
And Jon, regardless of your issues with your wife, you have eight children who need to be taken into consideration when you decide who to bring into their lives. I’m just sayin’…

first off i would just like to say that instead of thinking with a certain body part jon needs to start thinking with his head. he has eight children that he should be worrying about, and here he is dating a 22yr old party girl, who has no buisness even trying to be a step parent , from the looks of her she cant even take care of her self let alone eight small children. this makes me sick to my stomach. i hope and pray kate keeps the kids. jon seems more worried about get layed and partying rather than doing whats right for his babies.
